Previously employed by Devon Direct, Terry was responsible for creative contributions on such accounts as MCI, Bell Atlantic, IBM, ADT Securities, and British Telecommunications. Among Terry’s accomplishments is a Mobius Award for the Devon Direct 1995 Holiday Card, and the design and launch of Devon Direct's inaugural website in 1996 which was recognized with a 1997 BMA Gold Bell Ringer Award and a 1997 Communicator Award.

In 1998, Terry accepted a position with Beaver Design Group, Inc. While further strengthening Beaver's direct response and collateral services, Terry has increased Beaver's spectrum by managing their interactive endeavors.
